A Visit to Europe – a photo essay by Komail Naqvi

Avignon
Never knew an ancient town centre could be so full  of life and festivity!

Barcelona
The thing I most appreciate about this city is its people and its culture.

Paris
We were lucky enough to have been able to attend French Republic Day during our visit.  It’s the biggest number of people I have ever seen in one place at one moment in time.

Manchester
Caught in the middle of the action during the amazing Manchester Day Parade.

Grenoble
To say this place is stunning and picturesque would be an understatement.

Prague
There’s nothing like exploring Old Town Square and its history with your buddies.

Liverpool
A city which offers much more than just a football club!  A very pleasant surprise.

Lyon
A last minute day trip that turned into one of the greatest experiences ever.

About our business, Study and Go Abroad is the 'go to' site for Canadians looking to study abroad, travel, intern or volunteer. We organize fairs twice a year in various cities in Canada, and I'd recommend getting down to one of them to check out all the exciting options. As for me, I'm a business woman and a travel junkie! I have always had a passion for travel and for experiencing new cultures. Brought up in England, I traveled Europe in my teens and early 20s. I have lived and worked on 3 continents; Europe, Africa and North America. I have traveled extensively worldwide both for work and for fun - and still can't believe how much of the world there is still to see!
